Applesauce muesli

Preparation

  • Mix 50 g of oatmeal, 50 g of chopped almonds, 1 pinch of cinnamon powder, 2 tablespoons of honey and 1 teaspoon of oil in a bowl and spread on a tray lined with baking paper. Roast in the hot oven at 175 degrees (fan oven 150 degrees) on the middle rail for 15-20 minutes until golden yellow. Mix in between with a wooden spoon. Remove from tray and cool.
  • Peel, quarter, core and cut 2 apples into large pieces. Bring to a boil in a saucepan with 100 ml of water and cook gently for 10 minutes over a low heat. Crush finely with a fork and let cool.
  • Mix 300 g cream yogurt (natural) with 2-3 tbsp honey. Layer with the applesauce in 4 small glasses and spread the muesli on top.
