Brie Larson shared her first workout since since coronavirus lockdown Thursday on her YouTube channel.
The 30-year-old actress posted a roughly 10-minute workout video with exercises from her longtime personal trainer Jason Walsh, 44.
Brie opened the video titled ‘My first workout in quarantine …(with Jason Walsh)’ by revealing that she called her trainer who helped her get in shape to play Captain Marvel for a virtual workout.

‘I would call this the tale of the 10-minute long workout that was actually an hour and a half,’ Brie told her nearly 320,000 subscribers.
Jason during their virtual session said he came up with a workout knowing that Brie had not exercised in months.
Brie munched on a cookie before going through exercises that Jason designed for her that emphasized ‘constant tension’.
The Oscar-winning started off in a sumo squat position as Jason showed her how to activate particular back muscles.

She wore a mauve sweatshirt and blue leggings while working out on a mat.
‘I’m sweating already,’ she said during the warm-up to Rise Nation owner Jason.
They then started the ‘flow’ portion and Brie ditched her sweatshirt while moving into plank exercises.

Brie, who launched her YouTube channel on July 2, grimaced and growled while performing the exercises, but she pushed through them all.
‘I feel my mortality in a way that I haven’t in a while,’ Brie said after one tough segment.
The California native trained extensively with Jason to prepare for her role as Captain Marvel and even pushed her trainer’s Jeep by herself while getting ripped for the role.

Brie won the Academy Award for Best Actress for her portrayal of a kidnapping victim in the 2015 drama Room.
Captain Marvel is the first female-led superhero film to earn over $1 billion at the worldwide box office.
She also starred in Avengers: Endgame, which also earned more than $1 billion last year at the box office and is the highest-grossing film of all time.
