Selling Sunset star Mary Fitzgerald reveals she has not kept in touch with Christine Quinn

She inadvertently landed at the center of major office drama with her colleague Christine Quinn on the last few seasons of Selling Sunset.

But nowadays, Mary Fitzgerald no longer keeps in touch with her lightning rod of a coworker.

In an interview with Behind The Velvet Rope with David Yontef, Mary revealed she had ‘grown apart’ from Christine.

‘We’ve just grown apart’: Mary Fitzgerald no longer keeps in touch with her lightning rod of a coworker Christine Quinn

Asked if they have remained in touch, Mary replied: ‘No, not really. Which it makes it kind of difficult and awkward like when I do interviews, ’cause then I’m like, I don’t listen to anything anybody else does. I barely can keep up with my own stuff. And so I’ve no idea what’s going on.’

‘I did an interview the other day and she was like, “Wait, what do you think about what Christine just said about you?” And I’m like “Well, I didn’t know she said anything about me, but I don’t need to know.”

‘I was like, I don’t just I’ll comment from my point of view. I don’t need to know about what anyone else was saying.’

While Mary admits she is on a ‘different path’ than Christine, she still wishes her the best.

‘We’ve grown apart,’ Mary admitted. ‘I mean, I love her I’ll I always wish her the best, but we’ve just kind of grown apart and it just feels like right now we’re on kind of different paths.

‘And since we had finished filming, I haven’t really seen her. She hasn’t come into the office that much. And then corona has kind of kept everyone out of the office. I still go in and Jason and I still go in but a lot of people are taking it very seriously, but we just wear masks and gloves and we’re fine.’

As fans might remember, Mary inadvertently landed in Christine’s crosshairs as she prepared to tie the knot with her now husband, Romain Bonnet.

Christine took issue with Mary not inviting her friend Devina, and took offense after learning of a second ‘Bachelorette party’ she was not invited to.

While the pair eventually made amends, Mary later learned of more insulting comments Christine made about her behind her back, reigniting the feud.

Mary was not the only one going through drama on the last season of Selling Sunset, with her coworker Chrishell Stause going through an unexpected divorce with actor Justin Hartley.

Mary admitted she had interacted with Justin at various events prior to the divorce and found him to be a ‘really nice guy.’

‘I knew him. Yeah. I went to their house, I think for like Christmas, for a Christmas party, we’d gone to dinners and stuff before together and yeah, he would come in the office and bring friends and stuff in the office.

‘He was, I mean, he seemed like a really nice guy. Jason and Brett went out and did boys night with him and he seemed, he seemed very nice and she just gushed about him all the time. So yeah. I don’t know. I don’t know what happened.’

Chrishell claimed she was blindsided by Justin’s decision to file for divorce from her, which she learned about via text message from him.

Less than an hour after he informed her, news of their split broke online.

‘He text me that we were filed,’ she said on the show, adding: ‘Forty-five minutes later, the world knew.’
