She recently declared she’s finally started to feel like herself again after years of feeling ‘lost’.

And Amy Childs kept up with her fitness regime as she was seen leaving the gym following a workout in Essex on Tuesday.

The TOWIE star, 30, who recently returned to the show following a nine-year absence, opted for comfort as she wore sportswear for her gruelling session.

Highlighting her toned figure, the former beautician teamed a white sleeveless top with a bralet and black running tights.

The mother-of-two maintained her casual display in the footwear department as she tied in her outfit with black trainers.

Square-framed shades ensured the ex-glamour model injected her signature style into her uncharacteristically dressed-down look, while she went make-up free.

Earlier this week, the reality TV icon spoke candidly with new! Magazine as she admitted she ‘forgot who she was’ after her daughter Polly, three, and son Ritchie, two, were born, but has her ‘mojo back’ since making a comeback on the ITVBe show.

Of her struggle at the time, she explained: ‘I feel like I’ve got my life back! I’ve got my mojo back. A couple of years ago after having the two children I felt like I lost myself a bit.’

The blonde added that even her family and friends had told her she was ‘not the fun Amy’ they knew as she struggled with her mental health.

‘I was a little bit down from the break-ups. I forgot who I was. Having two kids is hard work and there’s just 15 months between Polly and Ritchie.

‘Being a mum is the most rewarding job in the world, but you lose yourself and it becomes all about them.  I don’t know if I had depression, but I felt very low at times.’

Amy added that she is very happy with her current beau Tim, who she said has a ‘lovely’ relationship with her two children.
