Jo Wood has revealed she is in no hurry to find love again, 11 years after she and Rolling Stone guitarist Ronnie Wood divorced. 

In a new interview, the former model, 65, who split from the rocker, 73, following a 26-year marriage, said she’s happy to be single after the recent demise of her relationship with businessman Carl Douglas.

The Strictly star shared in this week’s Hello! magazine: ‘I don’t have time, there’s too much going on. Maybe when everything is back to normal, perhaps I’ll think about it again.’

The TV personality, who shares Jamie, 46, Leah, 42, and Tyrone, 37, with the musician, relocated from London to Northamptonshire and insisted she’s focusing on the country life instead of remerging on the dating scene.

Businesswoman Jo said: ‘Until then, I’m happy as I am. Living here and looking out at the trees and nature is good for my mind and soul. Everyone needs a bit of country life.’

The fashion designer went on to credit her children for helping her transform her Grade II-listed farmhouse in lockdown, which features a wild swimming pond, vegetable plots and solar panels.

She explained: ‘They’re all following me, I can’t get rid of them. Ty absolutely loves it here and it’s great having him around.  

‘As a woman who believes in the power of organics, I’m leading the sustainable life I’ve always wanted. I want to do something good in the world, to be part of the solution, not the problem.

‘That’s why I’m creating my own little ecosystem. I’ve collected many beautiful things in my life and always take them with me when I move. The ornate fireplace that Ronnie and I had in our home in Richmond has travelled with me to different residences, and looks beautiful here, too.’ 

Following her split from Ronnie, the blonde started dating builder Paul Scarborough after he renovated her North London townhouse in 2012, before they called it quits five years later. 

The Jo Wood Organics CEO fell for top rugby coach Carl in 2018 after meeting on the Telegraph’s dating site, but the couple ended their romance earlier this year.

Ronnie hit headlines when he left Jo for Katia Ivanova, then 19, in 2008. He has been married to actress Sally Humphreys since 2012, with whom he shares twin daughters Gracie Jane and Alice Rose, four.
