She has reportedly turned to a ‘strict vegetarian and alcohol-free diet’ following her sacking from Studio 10 two months ago.

And Kerri-Anne Kennerley’s new lifestyle appears to be paying off as she looked incredible during an interview with Karl Stefanovic and Allison Langdon on the Nine’s Today show on Monday morning.

The 67-year-old wowed in a hot pink top and blazer which complemented her undeniably youthful and bronzed visage.

The TV veteran appeared in great spirits as she revealed she felt ‘terrific’ two months on from her Channel 10 redundancy.

‘I have to say I’m one of the fortunate ones. I, sort of, glided a little bit through it.

‘I had a bit of work to do. So, I could put on the high heels and the make-up, go and do work, go home and declutter like everybody else’.

Kerri-Anne was also grilled about her upcoming gig in the musical, Pippen, which opens at the Lyric Theatre in Sydney next month.

Speaking about her new venture, the broadcaster explained: ‘I get to sing upside down on a trapeze. You know me, I’m in for a challenge!’

In the popular musical, an acrobatic troupe tells the story of Pippin, a young man who longs to find passion and adventure in his life.

Making sure she’s going to be in the best possible shape for her career comeback, Kerri-Anne is currently attending the Elysia Wellness Retreat in the Hunter Valley, NSW.

PS Sydney has also reported that Kerri-Anne is on a strict vegetarian and alcohol-free diet at the centre.

‘I feel fabulous,’ she told the paper and said her preparation for the stage role has been, ‘a piece of cake’.
