And Iskra Lawrence was certainly practicing what she preaches on Thursday as she took to Instagram to share a series of stunning snaps in swimwear. 

The British beauty, 30, looked sensational in a grey snakeskin swimsuit from her Aerie collaboration and then slipped into more animal print in a tiger print strappy one-piece, which she included in a style guide video.

Iskra was not only flaunting her figure but also her fashion prowess as she showed all the ways to wear a stylish white shirt for different events. 

She then donned the grey number with a pair of high-waisted denim shorts, while she posed in a host of poses to best showcase her curves. 

In a caption on the stunning shots, she penned: ‘Hoping together we could spread some joy today. So comment and share what brings you joy I wanna know…

Earlier this month, Iskra revealed she ‘lived in fear of being fat’ during her teenage years. She took to Instagram where she admitted she had been fat phobic and held herself ‘to impossible standards and judged / stereotyped others’.

Iskra shared a video where she counted down from 10 on her hands while answering a series of questions about the times she had criticised her figure or another’s. 

Questions included: ‘Have you ever hated your body?’, ‘Have you ever wished to look like someone else?’ and ‘Have you ever said anything mean about someone else?’.

Iskra showed off her incredible post-partum figure in a purple snakeskin crop top and matching leggings. She wrote: ‘Not proud to share that I’ve been Fat-phobic, I didn’t understand at the time why or what it even meant…

‘I lived in fear of being fat during my teenage years, because everywhere I had been shown that success, desirability, popularity and acceptance was only for those in societies parameters of body size and beauty ideals.

‘I wish I had known better, I wish I’d have never held myself to impossible standards or judged / stereotyped others. I know better now, recovery truly is a gift.’

Iskra went on to say recovery isn’t easy when ‘everything has been stacked against you to not feel enough’, but being you ‘is the best you can be’.    

Iskra became a first-time mother back in April, when she and Philip Payne welcomed the birth of their baby son.

The model recently admitted that her exercise regime hasn’t been ‘consistent’ since giving birth but said she was ‘in awe’ that her body has given her the gift of motherhood.

It comes after Iskra detailed the ‘pressures’ of breastfeeding her baby son in another candid video. Iskra admitted there have been times when she’s had a ‘screaming, hungry baby’ while being a ‘sobbing mess’ as she opened up on her anxieties’.
