‘Most days my pack weighed around 25kg. That’s a hell of a lot of rice to carry around,’ the mother-of-three revealed.

Candice also set up a chin-up bar in the backyard of her $2.3 million Maroubra mansion.

‘David and I would often do sessions purely of chin-ups until we failed or couldn’t pull ourselves up any longer,’ she said.

As for her diet, Candice’s motto has always been, ‘everything in moderation’.

‘I eat as healthy as I can, but I’m also not afraid to have some chocolate if I feel like it, or a glass of wine at the end of the day,’ she said.

Candice previously spoke to WHO magazine about the workout regimen she followed ahead of SAS Australia, revealing that she would hit the gym three to four times a week.
