Seth MacFarlane reveals his favourite ever episode of Family Guy – as he releases his sixth studio album
Writer and comedian Seth MacFarlane first launched the animated series Family Guy in 1999.
And after over 20 years on the air, the 47-year-old star has named his favourite episode.
Speaking to Australia’s Today Extra on Saturday, Seth admitted it was a tough choice.

‘That is such a hard one. Five years into the show, I used to be able to answer that question pretty well. Now the show has been on for 20 years, so…’ he said, laughing.
Seth went on: ‘I just have to wrack my brain. We did an episode called And Then There Were Fewer, that was a take on Agatha Christie that I really loved.
‘It is still one of my favourites because it felt like a movie, but for the most part, yeah, that is a hard one.

He made his directorial live-action debut with the release of Ted (2012), that starred Mark Wahlberg, and his talking teddy bear (voiced by Seth), and Mila Kunis.
It was a massive critical and commercial success which led to him directing the sequel Ted 2 in 2015.
He is also an accomplished singer, in the vein of his hero Frank Sinatra, releasing five studio albums since 2011 – his most recent, Great Songs from Stage & Screen, was released in August.
