The unremarkable home features two bedrooms, an original pine kitchen with a brick fireplace and a modest-sized living area.

The two bedrooms are of medium size with the property sitting on 405sqm of beachfront property in Wooli, a hamlet near Coffs Harbour.

Shelley has not spoken about how she plans to renovate the modest weekender, and is yet to submit a development application for the property.

The purchase comes after Shelley transformed another beach cottage in Byron Bay earlier this year.

The transformation of the 1950s property took The Block host and husband Christian just nine weeks to complete, according to Domain.

Part of the makeover involved maintaining some of the original details, but the interior was remodelled to accommodate for open plan layout.

Shelley explained that every wall, ceiling and external cladding was replaced to give  the single storey house a fresh look.

‘This 70-year-old home that once had a very tired look to it has had a total refresh while maintaining the character and charm of the original,’ she said.

The exterior of the home features an eye-catching bright blue hue with white accents on the roof, drain pipe and window frames.

‘The home was a striking blue colour when we bought it and we wanted to have some fun this time around, so we’ve chosen to stick with that colour palette but opt for a more subdued blue,’ she said.

It also features a deck at the front, perfect for welcoming guests into the property.
