After arriving back home, Coleen paid tribute to her eldest, sharing a photo montage of Kai and his brother Klay, seven, Kit, four, and Cass, two, on Instagram and writing: ‘Our boy is 11 today. We love you so much Kai and are so proud of you.’

The sweet photo showed Kai cuddled up to his little brothers and Coleen and husband Wayne at various sunny destinations and at home in Cheshire.

The day before proud mum Coleen shared a cute snap of her sons in skeleton costumes for Halloween.

The wife of Derby County footballer Wayne, 34, took to Instagram to reveal how her family celebrated the spooky occasion, with Klay, Kit and Cass amping up the scare factor in bold ensembles.

Three of her four children were dressed in bold outfits decorated with bone designs as they joined two of their friends for a fun-filled day out.

Mother-of-four Coleen has been keeping busy gearing up for her upcoming legal battle against Dancing On Ice star Becky Vardy, 38, which will reportedly take place in just three weeks time.

It is now thought the pair have been given the date November 19 for their ‘meanings hearing’, reports The Sun

Last year, Coleen released a statement admitting she has been planting false Instagram stories on her private page and blocking all her other friends to prove that Rebekah was the guilty party.

The socialite admitted stories about her basement flooding, gender selection and so on were only viewed by her former friend and these were subsequently followed by outlets.

The wife of footballer Jamie Vardy subsequently hit back at the star and insisted the claims were false.

In her original post, Coleen wrote: ‘For a few years now someone who I trusted to follow me on my personal Instagram account has been consistently informing The Sun newspaper of my private posts and stories.

‘There has been so much information given to them about me, my friends and my family – all without my permission or knowledge. After a long time of trying to figure out who it could be, for various reasons, I had a suspicion.

‘To try and prove this, I came up with an idea, I blocked everyone from viewing Instagram except ONE account. ‘

Reality star Rebekah is seeking substantial damages in the subsequent libel trial, as she claims to have suffered ‘severe and extreme hostility and abuse’ in the fallout after the claims were published on Instagram.

The Mirror reports that judge Mr. Justice Nicklin has stated a preliminary trial will decide the ‘natural and ordinary’ meaning of Coleen’s social media posts.

In the September 17 court order, he stated: ‘It is ordered by consent that there be a trial of the preliminary issue of the natural and ordinary meaning of the words complained of.’

The half-day trial would be heard by a judge specialising in media and communication after November 15.
