‘I have soooo many pics I want to post but going to take some time offline with everything going on in the word it’s a lot and definitely want to protect all our energy. So many a week maybe 2 who knows.

‘If you know me you know I’d happily throw my phone out the window and not miss it lol so I hope if you’re feeling overwhelmed you’re able to turn your phone off (when was the last time you actually did that?) and truly be present even if it’s hard during covid – being present with yourself is also important for your mental health…

‘I’m sending you all so so much love.’

Iskra showed off her incredible post-partum figure in a purple snakeskin crop top and matching leggings. She wrote: ‘Not proud to share that I’ve been Fat-phobic, I didn’t understand at the time why or what it even meant…

‘I lived in fear of being fat during my teenage years, because everywhere I had been shown that success, desirability, popularity and acceptance was only for those in societies parameters of body size and beauty ideals.

‘I wish I had known better, I wish I’d have never held myself to impossible standards or judged / stereotyped others. I know better now, recovery truly is a gift.’
