I’m A Celebrity’s former stars Vicky Pattison, Joey Essex and Charlie Brooks ‘will RETURN’

Vicky Pattison, Joey Essex, and Charlie Brooks are allegedly going to return to I’m A Celebrity during its stint in Gwrych Castle in North Wales.

According to a report from The Sun on Wednesday, show bosses have decided to ask the trio to make an appearance on the programme once more, after winning the hearts of the nation when they first competed in the Jungle.

It has been claimed the trio will potentially join the camp for one night or they will present a trial, with bosses also considering to bring them in to take an as-yet-undecided part of the show.

Exciting: I’m A Celebrity’s former stars Vicky Pattison, Joey Essex and Charlie Brooks ‘will RETURN to the show and make an appearance in new series’, it was reported on Wednesday

According to the publication, 2012 winner Charlie was seen taking luggage into a blacked-out people carrier that went to Abergele in Wales, while 2015 champ Vicky is said to be in self-isolation.

They also claimed that Joey, who came fourth in 2013, has also been seen near the National Heritage site, and is said to be filming segments with co-presenters Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly.

A source speaking to the publication claimed: ‘What better way to celebrate 20 series of the show than getting some of the stars of yesteryear to take part in some way?

‘As always with the jungle, they’re keeping their cards close to their chest and have yet to decide exactly what they will do with Charlie, Vicky and Joey, but it could be any number of things.

‘They told them they had to spend some time isolating, just like this year’s contestants have done, ahead of being taken up to Wales.’

The source added that while the trio are allegedly being offered the chance to isolate in Wales, they may not be asked to take part in the show in the end.

MailOnline has contacted I’m A Celebrity spokespeople, as well as representatives for Vicky, Joey, and Charlie for comment.
