The beauty was moved by a poem sent to her by a fan on Instagram, which she said made her immediately burst into tears.
‘It’s beautiful,’ she wept, tears streaming down her make-up free face, as she explained the poem is very moving for pregnant women and mothers.
The poem in question was Baby’s Choice, credited to Colleen M. Story, and features the line: ‘While you were busy making me, I was choosing you!’
