Olivia Palermo wasn’t afraid of the chill when she ventured out on Tuesday in New York City.
While on her way home from of a pedicure appointment, she opted for bare feet in flimsy black flip-flops instead of cozy boots.
The social media influencer, 34, navigated the Tribeca cobblestones in black leggings, carrying a hefty blush pink handbag and a mix of animal prints on top.

Around her neck, Olivia wore a leopard print silken scarf, which power clashed with her zebra print face mask.
Palermo had her brown hair tied back.
She appeared to be makeup free for the outing.

The sighting comes a week after Olivia posted a chic photo to her Instagram with friend Nicky Hilton, in which she discussed her favorite handbags for the fall season.
In that photo, Palermo wore a tan cable knit sweater and black leggings, underneath a lighter tan coat.
On her feet she sported patent leather black loafers.
Hilton, 37, wowed in railroad striped pants and a black top, with a leather jacket worn over it.

On Tuesday, New York State Governor Andrew M. Cuomo said that ‘the number of cases across the county and in New York are only continuing to climb.
‘Despite our success in managing the spread, New York is not immune to this national surge of COVID,’ he continued.
‘We all have a part to play,’ he later added. ‘Wear a mask, stay socially distant, avoid gatherings large and small, and wash your hands religiously. Our actions today determine our rate of positive cases tomorrow – it’s that simple.’
