The former Coronation Street star, who played Rosie Webster on the ITV soap, completed her daytime attire with a comfortable pair of high-top Converse.
She let her natural beauty shine through with a low-coverage make-up look and styled her lengthy golden tresses tightly pulled back into a high-bun for the outing.
Helen kept her essentials in a large black handbag embellished with a gold chain strap, which she slung across her shoulder as she chatted away on her phone.

The mother-to-be gave a flash of her glitzy engagement ring as she walked, which was gifted to her in May 2018 when her fiancé Scott, 31, popped the big question.
Her latest appearance comes after she revealed to her fans earlier this month that she is still experiencing nausea during her pregnancy.
Helen has been suffering from Hyperemesis – a pregnancy complication characterised by nausea, vomiting, dehydration and weight loss.
Taking to her Instagram stories, she admitted that she feels she has ‘to eat all the time’ as it makes her feel better.
The actress said: ‘I’m going to make a vegan lasagna. Also, I still have nausea in this pregnancy. It’s nothing like it was but yeah constantly feel nauseous.

‘So I just feel like I’ve got to eat all the time and eating always makes me feel better. Joys.
‘Also I don’t know if you can see but honestly bump feels like I’m getting really, really big now. And I feel like I’ve got like a little pregnancy waddle.’
Helen revealed she was pregnant with her third child on Instagram in September, sharing sweet family photos while showing off her bump.
She is already a mother to her daughters Matilda, five, and Delilah, two, who she shares her footballer fiancé Scott.
