Kate Ritchie shares a rare photo of daughter Mae, six, as they spend the day at the beach – following reports she and husband Stuart Webb are ‘getting counselling’ for their issues
Kate Ritchie’s marriage to former rugby league footballer Stuart Webb has been the subject of tabloid speculation in recent months.
But the former Home and Away star, 40, is still is every inch the doting mother to her six-year-old daughter, Mae, even if her relationship is under strain.
Kate shared a sweet photo to Instagram on Tuesday of herself enjoying a day at the beach with her little girl.

The Nova FM radio presenter star looked serene with the wind blowing in her hair, while Mae displayed the peace sign.
‘Beachside fish ‘n’ chips watching the storm roll in,’ she captioned the post.

In April, New Idea reported that Kate and Stuart had been attending ‘counselling’ to resolve their marital issues.
‘Stuart has been trying to show Kate that he’s a changed man and is serious about getting his life in order,’ a friend told the magazine.
The couple were last spotted together in February, when they celebrated Mae’s first day of school.

The reunion came three months after Kate reportedly moved out of their marital home in Randwick after police took out an interim AVO on her behalf against the former NRL star, following an incident at the property.

Kate and Stuart tied the knot in a lavish ceremony in Launceston, Tasmania, in 2010.
