AFLW star Moana Hope and model wife Isabella Carlstrom welcomed their first child, daughter Svea Hope Carlstrom, in November.
And the new parents are already planning to fall pregnant again in 2021.
Speaking to The Herald Sun on Sunday, Moana revealed she will conceive their next child via IVF using a sperm donor.

‘I am the one who is going to get pregnant next,’ Moana, who has played for Collingwood and North Melbourne, said.
The proud parents are hoping to start trying via Monash IVF rounds next year, with their eventual goal to grow their brood to include three children in total.
‘We are going to have the same donor for all babies, I say all babies because we plan on having three and Belle will do the third,’ she explained.
The couple plan to share the IVF and pregnancy journey, with Isabella to carry two of their three children and Hope to go through one pregnancy – their second child.

Later that week, the couple were delighted to take their bundle of joy home from hospital.
Posting to her Instagram Stories at the time, the 32-year-old AFLW star shared an adorable photo of the newborn tot in a carrier as they headed home.

Moana simply captioned the image: ‘Home we go.’
The change didn’t seem to worry Svea, who was fast asleep in the carrier, wearing a grey striped onesie.
A second photo showed the couple’s house decorated with balloons spelling out, ‘Svea’ and ‘baby’, to welcome the family home.

The pair announced the arrival of their first child via Instagram, with Moana sharing a close-up of the newborn’s hand holding her finger.
‘My heart is full,’ she captioned the sweet post, including a red love heart emoji.

The following day, Moana revealed the couple named their baby girl Svea Hope Carlstrom.
‘This is our little Queen. Her name is Svea Hope Carlstrom and she has stolen my heart in a way that I can’t put into words,’ Moana wrote on Instagram.
‘She is perfect and I’m completely in love. Haven’t sleep much [because] I can’t stop looking at her and kissing her little face,’ she said.
Moana and Isabella married in August 2019. In May this year, the couple announced they were expecting their first child together through IVF.
