Channel Seven presenter Angela Cox  is the latest celebrity to buy up in Sydney’s trendy suburb of Bondi.

The Morning Show journalist, who last week announced her promotion to Seven News, has splashed $978,000 on a breezy two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment boasting sweeping views across the ocean.

Brimming with original Art Deco charm, Angela’s new pad sits on the top floor of a 10-apartment block and features open-plan interiors and high ceilings.

Angela will also enjoy easy access to some of Bondi’s trendiest eateries and shops, as well as Bondi’s world-famous beach.

According to The Sunday Telegraph, Angela has already begun refurbishing the apartment by repainting the walls and sanding the floorboards.

Angela is no doubt receiving plenty of help from her boyfriend-of-two-years, Philip Griffiths, who works in property.

‘I’m thrilled to be joining Michael at the desk,’ Angela said in a statement.

‘He’s an outstanding newsman and a good bloke with a surprisingly cheeky sense of humour.

‘We’ve worked together closely over the years particularly on The Latest, and most recently Seven’s US election coverage.’
