The loved-up pair met on the set for I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! when the artist was crowned Queen of the Jungle and the former EastEnders star hosted spin-off series Extra Camp in 2010, a year after he took home the title.
The duo confirmed their relationship in January 2016, with the auburn-haired beauty stating at the time: ‘It’s going really well… we’re having fun, spending time together and getting to know each other.’
They announced they were expecting their first child together in February 2019, and welcomed baby Rex three months later.
In November 2019, they had sparked speculation they secretly tied the knot as they took part in a family beach photo shoot on the beach in Maldives.

But it seems Joe had been intending to propose to Stacey for quite a while as he recently blamed lockdown for delaying his plans.
In an exclusive interview with MailOnline, the thespian said: ‘It will come in time. We’ve had so many things we need to deal with, the kids, lockdown – I will get round to it eventually. This has just reminded me.
‘Stacey has the wedding all planned in her head – I’m not going to have a say in any of it.
‘Before you know it will be organised and Stacey will make it beautiful, and I’m fine with her taking it all on. A happy wife means a happy life.’
Since getting together, the celebs have amassed huge followings on their social media accounts by giving fans a glimpse of their hectic everyday lives.
And their popularity has sparked interest from TV bosses eager to give them their own reality show.
But Joe said an Osbournes’ style fly-on-the-wall series is unlikely as the pair are targeting a co-hosting stint on ITV juggernaut This Morning, following in the footsteps of other real-life presenting couples Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan and Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford.
The former soap star said: ‘This Morning would be perfect for us. It’s a huge show and would be a great learning curve.

‘We’d be a mixture between Phil [Schofield] and Holly [Willoughby] when they get the giggles and Eamonn and Ruth when she gets the hump with him. You’d be watching rows and all sorts.’
Last month, the Islington-born host admitted he is feeling ‘broody’ and would like to have more children.
He told new! magazine: ‘I’d like to add one more to our brood. It wouldn’t hurt. But it’s not all my decision. Stacey’s got to be on board with it as well. You never know.
‘It would be nice to have a girl but we’ve had such an amazing time bringing up our boys that it really wouldn’t matter to us if it was a boy or a girl.

‘It’s just these kids grow up so fast. Even Rex grew out of that baby phase so fast and now he’s running around like a toddler. You do get a bit broody and think, “Aaaah I want a baby back.”‘
Joe previously said Stacey has already planned out every aspect of their wedding, but he insisted he wanted to choose her ring himself.
The Dancing On Ice 2020 winner recently confessed he missed ‘quite a lot’ from his son Harry’s early life because of his difficult split from his former fiancée Emma, 35.

Reflecting on fatherhood, Joe said: ‘With my first child, Harry, there was a period where mine and Harry’s mum’s relationship affected my relationship with him.
‘I didn’t get to see him for a period of time, so I missed out on quite a lot. Now, me and my son Hal, we spent all the time together.
‘He’s, like, my shadow. I love him, but there was a period where I just couldn’t see this happening in the future. So, I did miss out quite a lot of Hal growing up, as a baby.’
Joe and Emma dated between 2005 and 2008, and were even engaged before their split, and the pair went to court over Harry which Joe previously said was ‘best money’ he’s ever spent.

Detailing how Harry often visited him when he starred on this year’s Dancing On Ice, Joe gushed that he came ‘to every single show’ and was ‘so proud’.
‘It was the first time really that I’d done anything, and him be of the age where I can see him being proud of his dad.
‘So, it just filled me with so much joy and recently, I done the voice of one of Thomas the Tank Engine’s friends and my little Rex was watching it, and he definitely noticed.
‘So, yeah, it’s lovely. I really hope they are proud. I hope they don’t get embarrassed, you know what I mean, because there are a few things out there that could be embarrassing.’
