The company started as free workouts on Instagram in April as the brothers wanted to keep people moving over lockdown.

They have been working on the Train Wright app since August, just four months after the free workouts on Instagram.

Earlier this month, Mark Wright displayed the fruits of his labour as he showcased his ripped torso on Instagram following an intense session on his running machine.

On his Instagram Stories, Mark had clearly worked up a sweat as he revealed he’d done a 20-minute run after being injured for two weeks.

Filming himself in the mirror at his home gym, the TV star ditched his top as she showcased his washboard abs and bulging muscles.

Mark appeared in good spirits despite saying the run was ‘not easy’ as he encouraged his followers to give their fitness ‘one last push before Christmas’.
