Kate Hudson is enjoying her time isolating at home with her children.

On Thursday, the 41-year-old movie star posted a number of photos featuring her daughter Rani Rose, aged two.

In the images, the How to Lose a Guy In 10 Days actress’ daughter could be seen having fun in a festively decorated living room.

Hudson’s caption for the post read: ‘She already wears so many hats.’ 

Rani Rose was seen wearing a white shirt with a large blue denim pocket with a small embroidered red bird on its front.

She also wore a pair of red patterned pajama pants with multiple graphics across the pant legs.

In a number of the photos, Rani Rose had on a wide-brimmed straw sun hat; she also modeled a red felt sombrero-style hat.

The two-year-old is Hudson’s first child with her partner Danny Fujikawa; the pair welcomed their daughter two years after beginning their relationship.

The Almost Famous actress’ first child is her son Ryder Russell, aged 16, whom she shares with her first husband Chris Robinson – the two were wed from 2000 until 2007.

Hudson had a second son named Bingham Hawn, aged nine, with her second husband, Muse frontman Matt Bellamy.

The pair were married from 2011 until 2014; they are reportedly still on good terms and co-parent their son together. 

In an interview with AOL, Hudson opened up about her parenting techniques, and noted that she tries to structure her children’s lives in order to keep them motivated, but also acknowledged that they need wiggle room as well.

She said: ‘Mentally, we need the ability to be flexible. What that means is that if you’re too structured, if you start creating too much pressure on yourself to stay so structured, you’re probably not going to be so fun.’

The You, Me And Dupree actress also noted that she tries to impart a positive mindset to her children in order for them to develop their own motivation to pursue what they want to in life.

‘You want your kids to feel the freedom that they can enjoy and do things that they see other people doing…I want them to have fun in their lives,’ she added.

The businesswoman stated that she attempted to place an emphasis on, when her children need reprimanding, that they understood what was meant to be taken from the lesson as opposed to pure discipline. 

Hudson opined: ‘For me, it’s more about what you’re teaching them versus what you’re punishing them for doing that’s wrong. I’m not into that latter.’
