Justin Combs was ‘ticketed and towed away’ from a Miami party on Monday night for riding a jet ski after dark.

The 27-year-old son of music mogul Sean Diddy Combs was riding a watercraft more than 30 minutes after sunset when patrols pulled him over and cited him on Biscayne Bay.

In video obtained by TMZ, Justin appears to be speaking with Miami Beach law enforcement officials days after celebrating his birthday in style with a mask-less event hosted by his famous father.

The publication also reported that Justin and two friends were also operating the jet ski without life jackets.

‘Justin was issued multiple citations and the Miami Beach PD Marine Patrol towed him back to land to ensure his safety,’ the site said.

Witnesses reported the incident happened around 8 p.m. and Justin was riding the watercraft with two men.

The group was reportedly heading to a yacht party off Star Island before law enforcement became involved.

The 51-year-old rap mogul — who’s full name is Sean Combs — treated Justin to a lavish, but mask-free 27th birthday party in Miami on Wednesday night.

And not just one venue could handle hosting the bash as it began at Swan restaurant before moving on to Victory Restaurant & Lounge.

Those in attendance did not seem to have a care in the world as they were popping bottles while the only people who had masks on were the staff in the packed venues.

As Florida has very few COVID-19 restrictions, both places seemed to be packed and even included celebrity guests like Chris Brown and Tyga. 

Diddy’s annual NYE soiree usually takes place in Miami and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis signed an order lifting most coronavirus-related restrictions on Sept. 25,  including for gatherings and moving the state to Phase 3 of its reopening plan.
