Mark Wright and his brother Josh announce the return of their free workouts

He has been keeping fans in shape with his new fitness company Train Wright.

And Mark Wright and his brother Josh announced the return of their free live workouts on Wednesday to help keep people fit during the third lockdown.

The former TOWIE star, 33, and his footballer sibling, 31, posed shirtless as they displayed the results of their hard work.

While other snaps saw the brothers, who have both achieved their Level 2 fitness instructor qualifications, show off their energetic workouts.

Mark and Josh will offer fans a collection of different home classes that require no equipment following the success of their workouts during the first lockdown where they had celebrity debuts from Ant Middleton, Pixie Lott and even Tyson Fury.  

The classes include HIIT, boxing, abs, weights and even more relaxing classes such as yoga.

It comes amid a difficult time for the family as Mark and Josh’s father recovers from coronavirus after coming home from hospital.

While two of their uncles are currently in hospital due to the virus with their uncle Eddie, 65, the father of their reality star cousin Elliott, in a coma and intensive care unit (ICU). 

Talking about the workouts, Mark said: ‘Train Wright was always created to help people keep physically and mentally fit during the first lockdown and so now we find ourselves in this situation again it was a no brainer to start doing the live workouts again. 

‘I promise you our workouts will leave you feeling energised and ready to go and set you up for the day ahead. 

‘Wherever you follow the workouts, inside in your living room or you get it done in the fresh air of your back garden, we will help you work out the Wright way.’

While his brother Josh added: ‘We’ve built a real Train wright family during lockdown 1.0, people were tuning in every day and sharing their amazing progress, but we want to help even more people this time around.

‘It’s all about adopting a positive mindset and staying physically and mentally active. We want to have a bit of fun and keep people motivated and healthy, ready for when things start go back to normal.’

It follows the likes of Joe Wicks who resumed his PE With Joe YouTube lessons earlier this week and Myleene Klass who has relaunched her Myleene’s Music Klass series.

Just last month, Mark revealed he had expanded his online platform Train Wright with a brand new app.

The star revealed that the app will be available to download in early 2021 and will launch with more than a hundred different workouts.

New workouts will be added on a regular basis throughout the year and users will be able to choose specific customisable goals.

The pre-filmed video workouts have been organised into easy-to-follow two, four and six-week plans.

The plans are designed to help people focus on their goals, whether it’s burning fat, increasing fitness or building muscle.

It will also include meal plans and nutritional advice, which will be based on the goals set.

Users will be able to download the app from the Train Wright website as well as iTunes and the Google Play store.

The company started as free workouts on Instagram in April as the brothers wanted to keep people moving over lockdown.

They have been working on the Train Wright app since August, just four months after the free workouts on Instagram.

Mark and Josh’s parents Mark. Snr, 64, and Carol, 60, announced on New Year’s Eve they had been struck down by Covid-19, Mark. Snr has since returned home.

Speaking on his Heart Evening Show on Monday night, Mark made an impassioned plea for people to observe government guidelines to stop the spread of coronavirus.

The emotional reality star said: ‘I want my life back. I want my family to be well again. I don’t want my family to have to worry anymore.  

‘I don’t want you to worry anymore. If you want to get your life back, the only way this will happen is if we obey by the government rules.’

He added: ‘Now last time when this happened, last year’s lockdown, I saw such a difference. Everybody was sticking to the rules so much better than it feels this time and it’s coming back to bite us, harder, faster and tougher.

‘Do you want to see your family members go through what I’m seeing right now? I understand if it hasn’t affected your family like it has affected mine, bloodlines are different, I don’t know the science of it.

‘But what I do know is that my father, my dad was suffering in hospital and we worried for his life for two weeks, he’s now home, he’s not completely better, he knows that and we know it. 

‘My other uncle, his brother, is in hospital right now, receiving oxygen, and their other brother, my uncle Eddie who I love dearly is currently in a coma in the ICU.’

Mark and Josh’s free workouts will be available to watch on the Train Wright Instagram page at 8:30am on weekdays and 10am on occasional weekends.
