Dancing on thin ice! Billie Faiers, Phillip Schofield and Jason Donovan break coronavirus rules as they get into taxis without masks following launch show

The Dancing On Ice cast were seen breaking coronavirus rules when they piled into taxis following the launch show on Sunday, without wearing masks.

Host Phillip Schofield, 58, Billie Faiers, 31, Jason Donovan, 52 and Lady Leshurr, 32, were just some of the famous faces seen without masks on as they travelled home.

Holly Willoughby, 39, did wear a mask as she spoke on the phone in the back of her car, as did Phillip’s cab driver.

While some are exempt from wearing masks, it’s unlikely this rule applies to the whole cast.

But a fraction of viewers were unhappy after the rapper was awarded a collective score of 25 from judging panel following her debut skate with pro partner Brendyn Hadfield – despite other contestants receiving similar scores.

The upset was exacerbated by comedian Rufus Hound winning a golden ticket to the show’s much-anticipated musicals week, despite only winning a score of 23.5 for his video game inspired routine.

Taking to Twitter, one unhappy viewer wrote:  ‘@LadyLeshurr was by far the best tonight, was underscored and doesn’t deserve to be in the skate-off! I hope them judges see sense next week and keep the Queen in.’

While a second raged: ‘#DancingOnIce is a fix this year!! How did Rufus get the golden ticket first [of] all? And how is Lady Leshurr out? What on earth lol.’
