He hosted NBC’s The Tonight Show from 1992 to 2009.

And on Sunday, Jay Leno was spotted out and about running errands with his wife Mavis in Beverly Hills.

The sighting comes as the comedian and TV personality prepares to return to television with a reboot of the classic game show You Bet Your Life.

Jay got his big break when he was chosen, in 1986, to be the regular substitute host for late night legend Johnny Carson.

Six years later, the stand up comic replaced Carson permanently.

He and Mavis have been married since 1980 and she is a well-known feminist and philanthropist.

Last week, Deadline.com reported that Leno is headlining a new version of You Bet Your Life for Fox Television that’s set to premiere in the fall.

The comedy quiz show was hosted by the legendary Groucho Marx from 1950 to 1961 on NBC.

In the reboot, the game will give two strangers the chance to win prize money by correctly answering questions in pre-determined categories, according to Deadline.

Each episode will present two pairs of contestants and joining Jay will be his former Tonight Show band leader Kevin Eubanks who will serve as a co-host.
