Madeleine West and Shannon Bennett list Melbourne mansion for a whopping $23 million

Madeleine West and Shannon Bennett are selling their lavish mansion in Toorak, Melbourne, two years after their split. 

The five bedroom home is being listed for a princely sum of between $21 million and $23 million dollars, according to realestate.com.au.

The Neighbours actress, 40, and her MasterChef star former partner, 45, bought the mansion in 2017 for $16 million.

The couple and their six children, ‘barely spent any time at the property’ The Age reports, as they shortly afterwards moved to Byron Bay, before splitting. 

Sitting in an upmarket part of Toorak where the pair had high-flying businessmen for neighbours, the mansion’s asking price makes it one of the most expensive homes on the Melbourne market so far this year.

Madeleine and Shannon have six children together – Phoenix, 15, Hendrix, 12, Xanthe, 9, Xascha, 10, and twins Xalia and Margaux, 6. 

They separated in September 2018 after 13 years together, before moving to Bryon Bay in 2019, in an attempt to heal their relationship. 

In April 2020, it was reported that Madeleine had moved on with environmentalist Maximo Bottaro.
