Christina Anstead cuts an edgy figure in ripped jeans as she returns to the set of her HGTV shows… after hitting back at trolls who called her ‘too thin’

Christina Anstead recently addressed fan concerns that she was looking ‘too thin’ after officially filing for divorce from her husband of less than two years, Ant Anstead.

But the 37-year-old realtor turned reality star shrugged off the drama as she returned to work filming new seasons of Flip or Flop and Christina On The Coast on Wednesday.

Rocking double denim, the blonde beauty looked fashionable while getting back into the swing of her home renovation projects on the Orange County set.

For a long day on set Anstead kept it casual in ripped black jeans and a matching black jean jacket with a simple pink T-shirt underneath.

She carried a white Gucci purse and sported an edgy pair of quilted combat boots as she investigated the property.

Her blonde tresses looked perfectly waved and she topped off the look with black sunglasses and arms full of beaded bracelets.

Both her shows were renewed for debut in late 2021, despite previously filming both shows with now estranged husbands Anstead and Tarek El Moussa.

Christina shares children with both spouses – Hudson, one, with Ant and Taylor, 10, and Brayden, five, with El Moussa.

After splitting from Tarek – who has moved on with Selling Sunset star Heather Rae Young – she married Anstead in 2018.

In November she filed for divorce after announcing the split in September, with Ant telling People in late December, ‘everybody knows this was not my decision. I had so much love for her.’

After he revealed he was in a ‘very dark place,’ following the split, fans suspected that the weight of stress from ending another marriage and filming two shows was starting to show, as they marveled at her shrunken frame on a photo posted to Instagram this week.

Responding to fan concerns over her weight she responded:

‘This is actually the weight I have always weighed. You guys have just watched me have babies and go back to my original weight, so don’t worry. Everything is fine.’

She continued to take to her Instagram story as she wrote, ‘Chill people – I eat, and I eat healthy.’

Now going by her maiden name Christina Haack, she has thrown herself into her work.

She boasts a new solo series Christina: Stronger by Design for Discovery+ where she contemplates her personal home design plans to family and friends and talks through adjustments to her Newport Beach home.

In the new year she took to getting some new ink on her body as she posted a photo of a new back inscription that said ‘Still I rise,’ an excerpt from a Maya Angelou poem.

Additionally El Moussa’s new fiancee Heather debuted her ink in honor of her man in time for Valentine’s Day getting ‘Yes sir, Mr. El Moussa,’ tattooed on her butt.

The ladies have managed to maintain a good co-parenting relationship as Young told Life&Style – ‘It’s going great. Everything is going great. Everything is for the kids.’ Christina will also be present at their wedding.
