Rita Ora, Jack Vidgen and Christian Wilkins at the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras

It was a very different Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras in 2021, with COVID restrictions taking the parade off the streets of Sydney and into the confines Sydney Cricket Ground.

But the celebrities in attendance still had a blast, with a number of stars putting on their glittering finest to take part in the festivities on Saturday evening.

Leading the pack was special guest Rita Ora, with the British singer wowing the crowds as the headlining act for the evening.

Rita added matching blue gloves and a statement choker to the eye-catching ensemble.

Her blonde locks framed her face and shoulders in waves, and her makeup was ultra glamorous, consisting of glitter eyeshadow, false lashes, kohl liner and a bold lip.

With a hooped, belted portion at the waist, the throwback frock brought to mind the height of 1970s fashion.
