Helen has also told her followers in recent weeks that she hopes she’ll feel her waters break when she goes into labour with her third child.

She said: ‘I’d love to experience my waters breaking I think that would be really exciting,

‘I left it so late telling Scott last time to come from training (I didn’t know I would progress so quick as I was so late with Matilda) Delilah was born with in 40 minutes of him getting there.’

If the actress gives birth on her due date, she will reportedly welcome the new addition to her family in the third week of March.
