‘I think this is a really important time for women, this is a huge time in society and the dawning of a new era,’ she said, according to The Daily Telegraph.

‘There is a sisterhood out there, and that’s wonderful. I think, in general, women really do support other women.’

The event, which raised funds for the McGrath Foundation, was the first major marquee outing held in the harbourside city since COVID-19 shut down the racing season in 2020.

Sharing a few pictures of the occasion to Instagram Stories on Saturday, Samantha flaunted her attendance with husband Richard Lavender, 60.
