Jennifer Aniston debuts primped tresses after a session with BFF celebrity hairstylist behind the iconic The Rachel hairdo

Jennifer Aniston has been an icon to many when it comes to hairstyles since her days playing the role of Rachel Green on the legendary sitcom, Friends.

And on Monday the actress headed out for a touch up to her famous tresses at a salon in Beverly Hills, which was likely her go-to guy and BFF, Chris McMillan.

He’s the celebrity stylist who created the iconic — The Rachel — hairdo that stirred up a frenzy of copycat cuts back in the 1990s.

Touch up: Jennifer Aniston, 52, showed off her new and improved tresses moments after leaving a hair salon in the upscale Los Angeles neighborhood of Beverly Hills

Oozing casual-cool, Aniston stepped out of the salon in fitted blue denim jeans and a dark patterned sweater-jacket.

She also donned white sneakers and carried her big black purse over her left shoulder as she made her way down a short flight of stairs.

With COVID-19 still very much a danger, Aniston made sure to secure a protective mask over her mouth and nose for the walk back to her car.

McMillan has been cutting Aniston’s hair ever since their days on the set of Friends.

Just this past January, she shared a couple of snaps of the old pals together on the set of her Apple TV+ drama web series, The Morning Show.

‘Aaand, we’re back…,’ she wrote in the caption, in a reference to the pair working together for The Morning Show following shutdowns due to the coronavirus crisis over the past year.

Production on the second season of The Morning Show, co-starring Reese Witherspoon, Mark Duplass and Billy Crudup, began in February 2020.

But it was put on hold by the time COVID-19 was deemed a pandemic in mid-March of last year.

Filming only just resumed in mid-October after a seven month hiatus.

The series was inspired by journalist Brian Stelter’s book Top Of The Morning: Inside The Cutthroat World Of Morning TV.
