An Australian mum has shown off a ‘super easy’ stuffed pasta recipe which is sure to impress the whole family.

The mum starts off by making an easy pesto and ricotta filling for her pasta, lovingly combining egg, ricotta and Parmesan cheese, pesto and some basil in a bowl.

She was working from a recipe by international model and popular cookbook writer Chrissy Teigen and did a shout out to the entrepreneur in her posts.

And while the easy dish isn’t as quick as some others the popular TikTok and Instagram personality behind ‘theLebaneseplate’ makes it look easy to repeat at home.

An Australian mum has shown off a ‘super easy’ stuffed pasta recipe which is sure to impress the whole family.

The mum had large pasta shells bubbling away on the stove whilst she was mixing up the cheese filling.

She then filled the bottom of a baking tray with a tomato-based pasta sauce.

Once the pasta was cool enough the mum began to stuff the inside of the shell with the cheese and ricotta filling.

She then placed each shell in the sauce, until the entire surface was covered.

Before putting the pasta bake in the oven the home cook covered the top with a very generous layer of mozzarella cheese.

The mum’s impressive video explaining how to make the decadent pasta dish had tens of thousands of views.

‘I’m a sucker for a recipe that calls for something to be stuffed, so when I saw this stuffed pasta shells recipe I thought I’d give it a go. My verdict, it’s a delicious mid-week family meal,’ she said.
