The 39-year-old plays Jan, the take no prisoners boss of Amy (Woodward), who ‘sucks up all the energy in the room.’

She’s also described as professional, ‘except when it comes to the wildly unprofessional partnership she has with her husband – Finn.’

The show centers on Amy, who moves in with her mom in the blue-collar neighborhood where she grew up, after being dumped by her boyfriend and kicked out of her apartment ahead of a big promotion.

She decides to stick around, as she grows attached to her teenage niece, who’s also living there, due to her mother’s current stint in rehab.
