‘Seeing the number on the scale decrease; measuring myself and losing even just 1cm; booking a photoshoot over another model.

‘Yup not proud to share those publicly but the reality is a triumph can mean lots of different things to lots of different people. And luckily they can change. And mine have.’

Highlighting the changes she’s taken in her life, the blonde explained: ‘Through recovery, self care and growing into myself I’ve learnt so much and now my triumphs look and feel a lot different.

‘Making time to look after myself from within and learning ways in which I can take care of my health and well-being from the inside out. Big or small celebrating our wins is important and well deserved.’

The media personality ended her message by touching on the importance of gut health and her experience of taking Activia.

She added: ‘I just completed my 14 day gut health challenge enjoying my 2 @activiaus a day.
