Bobby Shmurda’s parole conditions include no booze, bars or gangs … following release after 2016 conviction

Bobby Shmurda must refrain from drinking, visiting bars, or associating with known gang members as condition of his parole, which is set to extend just short of five more years.

The Brooklyn native, 26, must also undergo drug tests and seek professional help for anger issues, according to court docs, TMZ reported on Tuesday.

The rap artist, whose full name is Ackquille Jean Pollard, must also meet an 8 p.m. nightly curfew following his release in February from Clinton Correctional Facility in New York, where he was let out about 10 months ahead of his projected release date. His probation will end February 23, 2026.

The Hot Boy artist has to look for work opportunities, which he’s had in the music industry after taking part in a number of performances amid the NBA All-Star Weekend in Atlanta earlier this month.

Shmurda’s jail sentence, which he served four years of, was for his drug gang conviction, after he was initially taken into custody in 2014 in New York City, when the vehicle he was in contained a pair of handguns and crack cocaine.

The rap artist and more than a dozen associates were charged in connection with offenses ranging from drug dealing to assault to attempted murder and murder.

Authorities said that Shmurda’s involvement included the firing of a weapon outside of a Brooklyn barbershop; and his presence in 2015 at a courthouse clash in Brooklyn between gangs in which shots were fired.

In 2016, Shmurda received a seven-year prison sentence as result of a plea deal he made, pleading guilty to third-degree conspiracy and weapons possession.

Shmurda got his early release based on time served and good behavior, according TMZ, as a review from the Time Allowance Committee showed that Shmurda had taken part in programs the prison offered, and had accrued 11 violations during his sentence, linked to weapons, fighting and having drugs on him.

‘My spirit’s always gon’ be up. I used to sleep next to people who had 40 to life,’ he told GQ following his release last month. ‘People who’ve been in there for 30 years and haven’t laughed – I’d have them crying all day. When you got good energy, no matter where you at, you can bring a smile to someone’s face.’
