Ryan Reynolds receives his first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine: ‘Finally got 5G’

‘Finally got 5G’: Ryan Reynolds shows off his muscular arms in playful post about receiving his first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine

Ryan Reynolds bared his muscular arms in a plain white t-shirt as he received his first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine on Wednesday morning.

In a new image posted on his Instagram account, the 44-year-old Deadpool star could be seen moments from getting jabbed as he sat on an exam table.

He used his caption to cheekily blast anti-vaxxers and conspiracy theorists, who believe the coronavirus pandemic is part of a strategy to implant microchips into humans with tracking chips that would later be activated by 5G.

‘Finally got 5G,’ he mused of the biologically impossible theory, which was debunked by scientists, according to the BBC.

Reynolds fans on Twitter couldn’t get enough of his joke, including YouTuber Seán William McLoughlin, known as Jacksepticeye.

‘At least you have great reception everywhere now,’ the 31-year-old video game commentator tweeted at the Canadian actor.
