Demi Lovato rocks a white pantsuit in photos taken at a $5,000 per HOUR home in Joshua Tree

Demi Lovato showed off her stunning figure in white pantsuit, which she paired with a plunging bustier top, as she posed in front of a spectacular house in Joshua Tree.

Less than 24 hour after releasing her new album Dancing With the Devil… The Art of Starting Over, the 28-year-old singer posted the stunning shot with a caption asking her 101 million Instagram followers to comment their ‘favorite song on the album.’

In the images, she was standing in front of American Psycho film producer Chris Hanley’s home, which can be rented for $5000 an hour at night or $1000 an hour during the daytime, according to the rental website Splacer.

In June, Lovato teased fans that she was at the property to ‘work on a project’ as well as enjoy a romantic weekend with her ex-fiancé Max Ehrich.

Reflecting on their trip together at the time, she wrote on social media that she ‘had an amazing weekend in the magical desert of Joshua Tree with’ her love, who proposed one month later.

Since their messy split months later in September, fans have speculated her new songs, 15 Minutes, is about him.

‘Always puttin’ you first, could’ve been your future / But you didn’t even care about me like that,’ Lovato sings in the first verse before the chorus which goes, ‘Cause you were looking for 15 minutes, yeah. / And now you got 15 minutes, yeah.’

Listeners pointed out the line about ‘crying in Malibu’ was a jab at how he was photographed crying on the same beach where he originally asked her to marry him in Malibu.

Her 19-track album is being hailed by fans for its honesty and, at times, heart-wrenching lyrics, which touch upon her recovery, overdose and becoming ‘California sober.’

Previously, the Anyone artist said that the album was initially titled The Art of Starting Over, but she appended it to include the name of her forthcoming documentary Demi Lovato: Dancing With the Devil, as the projects complement one another.

‘If you listen to it track by track, if you follow the track listing, it’s kind of actually like the non-official soundtrack to the documentary. Because it really does follow my life over the past couple of years,’ Lovato said.

She continued: ‘The documentary is something that I poured my heart and soul into. I wanted my fans to get the first-hand accounts from not just me but the people who were there … it really does follow the course of my life and the path it’s taken over the past few years.’

She said that her own self-awakening is seen over the course of the doc, adding, ‘Every aspect of who I am has personality now because I have a better insight into who I am and what I want out of life.’

The Still Have Me performer explained how she curated the sequencing on the 19-track album, her first since 2017 release Tell Me You Love Me.

‘When we went through the track listing and kind of mapped out how it kind of coincided with my life’s story, it made sense to add the more emotional stuff in the beginning and then transition into The Art of Starting Over.’

She said that the record will include material that falls under multiple genres, incorporating country, pop and R&B.

Last month, Lovato took to Instagram with a shot of the album cover. She captioned the shot: ‘Dancing With The Devil… The Art Of Starting Over #DWTDTAOSO Album out April 2!’

In her new four-part docuseries released last month, Lovato said that in the wake of her overdose in 2018, she had a heart attack and three strokes and was sexually assaulted that night.

‘I’ve had so much to say over the past two years wanting to set the record straight about what it was that happened,’ Lovato said. ‘I’ve had a lot of lives. Like my cat, you know? I’m on my ninth life.’
