Josie admitted that her size 14 jeans were still a ‘bit tight’ but that she was delighted to be able to ‘squeeze them on’ after they previously did not fit.

During the video, the presenter lifted up her blue hoodie to display her toned stomach as she went on to jump on her bed in excitement.

Josie said: ‘Hello guys, I cannot tell you how happy I am. You know, all these lockdowns, the pandemic has been very stressful.

‘How I handle stress is I eat. I’ve always done it and I went up to a size 18. You just get to the point where you look in the mirror and don’t even recognise who you’re looking at anymore.’

Josie admitted that working with WW has been the ‘best decision she has ever made’.

She continued: ‘I was a 18, this morning I’ve just squeezed on a pair of size 14s. I’m so happy, so happy.

‘Don’t get me wrong, they’re a bit tight, but to go from a size 18… these did not fit me before and to squeeze back into my 14s, I haven’t been doing it that long.

‘I will be honest, I should have trained more, mainly diet with me, so much going on,’ Josie added that she is going to ‘up her training’ once gyms reopen.

The former Big Brother star captioned the video with: ‘I’M SO HAPPY I was asked to be part of @ww.uk uk and its been one of the best decisions I have ever made.

‘I haven’t weighed myself for a while as I’m waiting on scales but I could not get in these trousers in December or January we are now early March and for the first time in a long time these size 14 are on.

‘They are snug and I have a way to go and there’s still things I need to work on as my goal is to be a size 12 but I’m going in the right direction.

‘It’s been the most giving weightloss plan I’ve ever been on and there has been NO pressure just lots of love from @ww.uk coaches, consultants and the community. Thank you @ww.uk #ambassador #wwambassador #mywwplus link in bio x.’

The This Morning presenter also shared that she’s managed to stay motivated to lose weight in a bid to ‘keep up’ with her energetic son Reggie, two.

Josie told The Sun: ‘I’m down ten pounds already. I’m quite big so obviously it comes off quicker. The thing is it’s not only about the weight for me – I feel great. I’m making foods from as much zero points (Weight Watchers plan) as I can.

‘I was eating a lot a stodge before, but I can’t tell you the difference it’s made to my energy. I can get up and go. I’m actually waking up in the morning with a spring in my step – it’s been great, and I’m faster.’

‘I’m about a size 16 at the moment. I’d like to get down to a size 12… guess how much I weighed when I started? 237 pounds (16st 9), and now I’m down to 227 pounds.’

'It's a lot of work to get there': Josie, who slimmed down to a size 8 in 2013, said being smaller didn't 'suit' her and she 'needs to find that happy medium' (pictured in November 2013)

It came after Josie reflected on falling back into ‘unhealthy habits’ of overeating bread and chocolate at the start of this year.

The former OK! TV star told MailOnline she no longer felt ‘sexy’ and only saw herself as a ‘working mum’ now her body is at an ‘uncomfortable size.’

Josie said: ‘I can’t wait to start feeling sexy again. I can’t remember the last time I felt proper sexy. I just feel like a working mum. I don’t feel sexy.

‘I have obviously been big my whole life – I have always been one of those people that’s struggled with my weight.

‘In 2013 I lost weight and then I started putting it on again when I had my son in 2019 and it’s getting to a point now where I feel really, really uncomfortable. I feel uncomfortable with the size I am. I am a size 18.

‘I would like to be a comfortable 12 or a 12-14. I would be so happy with that. I have been a size 8. I don’t think it suits me and it’s a lot of work to get there so I just need to find that happy medium. A size 12 would be ideal.’

The influencer, who shares her only child with her on-off ex Terry, has spoken openly about her fluctuating weight having started her public journey when she released her hit workout DVD Josie Gibson’s 30 Second Slim in 2013.

She famously slimmed from a size 20 to a size 8 after seeing unflattering pictures of herself on the beach – she was so shocked she called herself a ‘beast’.

In 2014, the media personality lost an incredible six stone over a year when a combination of a strict diet and exercise helped her slim down from 16st 7lb and a size 18 to 10st 2lb.

Since having Reggie however, the TV star has spoken about her changing body and weight gain and has frequently hit back at body-shamers.
