Jesse Plemons spotted using crutches and wearing a leg brace in LA

Jesse Plemons was spotted on Wednesday with a leg brace on.

The 33-year-old Breaking Bad actor was seen running errands in Los Angeles while getting around on crutches thanks to his braced leg.

He was on the move a week after he and his fiancée Kirsten Dunst, 38, announced they were expecting their second child together.

Jesse appeared to have a hard time getting into the passenger seat of his car as he tried to keep his injured leg elevated and straight.

He was was dressed for maximum comfort and mobility due to the brace with a pair of soft gray track shorts.

The I’m Thinking Of Ending Things star stayed on theme with a plain white T-shirt, a thin gray jacket and black sandals.

He sported shaggy, tousled hair and wore a black mask to help slow the spread of the novel coronavirus.

Late last month, Jesse’s partner Kirsten Dunst revealed she was pregnant with her second child when she posed while visibly pregnant for W Magazine’s Directors Issue.

The Marie Antoinette star was styled by her Rodarte designer friends Laura and Kate Mulleavy, who also directed her in their 2017 film Woodshock.

She’s slowed down her workload since giving birth to her first son, Ennis, in 2018.

However, she and Jesse will be collaborating again on her next project, The Power Of The Dog.

The film, which will be released on Netflix, continues the couple’s streak of working with acclaimed auteurs, this time with New Zealander filmmaker Jane Campion.

The film, based on the 1967 novel of the same name by Thomas Savage, also stars Benedict Cumberbatch.

He and Jesse play brothers who run a ranch in Montana, but after Jesse’s character marries a local widow in secret (played by Kirsten) his brother launches a cruel campaign to destroy her life.

The film will continue Jesse’s prolific streak of working on high-profile projects. 

In September, he starred with Jessie Buckley, Toni Collette and David Thewlis in Charlie Kaufman’s newest film, I’m Thinking Of Ending Things, an alternately hilarious and chilling adaptation of the novel of the same name by Iain Reid.

Jesse and Kirsten were brought together by their work when they starred as a married couple who find themselves on the wrong side of the law in the second season of FX’s anthology series Fargo.

The couple began their relationship in 2016, a year after the show aired, and they got engaged in 2017.

A year later, Kirsten gave birth to their first son, Ennis.
