Ion Cutelaba grabbed Dustin Jacoby’s neck as the light heavyweight fighters had to be separated after squaring up to each other at the UFC Vegas 25 weigh-in.

Cutelaba was seemingly unable to wait until their Saturday night fight to get his hands on Jacoby with the Moldovian immediately making a grab for his American opponent.

Jacoby then shoved Cutelaba before UFC president Dana White tried to step in to separate them with both fighters eventually pulled back by security.

White has previously criticised MMA matchmaker Sean Shelby for being unable to stop a similar situation between Jeremy Stephens and Drakkar Klose earlier this month.

Stephens pushed Klose and it was enough to force the American to pull out of their fight after spraining his ankle.

‘Oh, f*** come on,’ White was heard saying on camera after Cutelaba and Jacoby were separated.

‘I was just ragging on Sean (Shelby) before I walked in here.’

This is not the first time Cutelaba has tried to unsettle his opponent ahead of their fight.

The ‘Hulk’ has previously painted his skin green before turning up to a weigh-in and has also got up close and personal with other fighters.

Cutelaba and Jacoby will have the chance to settle their score at the UFC Apex on Saturday’s maincard.

The night is headlined by the light heavyweight fight between Dominick Reyes and Jiri Prochazka.
