Hugh Jackman’s dog Dali climbs into his luggage and refuses to leave as the actor prepares to go back on tour

Hugh Jackman‘s dog is not happy about his owner getting back to work. 

In an Instagram post shared on Tuesday, the actor, 52, shared two photos of his French Bulldog, Dali, sitting in his luggage. 

The dog was nestled right inside what looked like a carry-on gym bag, and apparently refused to move.

‘Dali is all too keen for me to go back on tour,’ The X Men star joked in his caption alongside the image. 

Hugh was last on tour in 2019, for his The Man. The Music. The Show. musical performance. 

He will return to the Broadway stage for The Music Man, which begins at the end of the year.

Hugh is a known dog lover and has two canines –  Allegra, a poodle and terrier mix, and Dali, named after artist Salvador Dali.

Last month, Hugh shared a heartwarming tribute to his wife Deborra-Lee Furness to celebrate the couple’s 25th wedding anniversary. 

The Logan actor shared a series of throwback photos from their wedding to Instagram and wrote: ‘Being married to you Deb is as natural as breathing.’

Hugh and Deborra-Lee got married on April 11, 1996, just one year after meeting.
