Shoppers are in a meltdown over rumoured Caramilk ice cream after a ‘leaked’ picture emerged showing the new flavour – so would you try it?

Shoppers are going wild over a Cadbury Caramilk ice cream after a ‘leaked’ picture emerged on social media showing the never-before-seen dessert. 

The buzz sparked after Australian comedian Christian Hull shared a photograph on Facebook of the ice cream stick in its original packaging.

The ice cream itself is ‘a golden blend of caramelised white chocolate’, exactly like the Caramilk chocolate bars.

One Facebook user manager to get their hands on the product

Customers were sent into a frenzy after a rumour sparked over the release of new Cadbury Caramilk ice cream sticks 

The Grocery Geek later confirmed the ‘rumour’ started in Tasmania.  

Official confirmation on the delicious new product is yet to be released.  

Keen customers part of the Caramilk Addicts Club Facebook group marvelled over the thought of the product and hope it’s launched in stores swiftly. 

One customer shared a photo of the ice cream online after he managed to get his hands on the new creation.

‘Definitely real and definitely delicious,’ the man claimed in his caption.

The new product is available across Woolworths stores nationwide for $5 per 600g loaf.

The latest food offering combines a doughnut with toast and is made with delicious bursts of cinnamon.

The toast would be best served with butter, jam or cream alongside a cup of tea or coffee.
