The former first daughter and her husband purchased the six-bedroom, eight-and-a-half bathroom mansion located in Biscayne Bay, for a million dollars under asking after it sat on the market for half a year.

The couple closed on April 13, 7 months after they purchased a pricey vacant two-acre lot for $32.2 million, merely blocks down the street from their most recent purchase.

The vacant piece of land was once owned by Spanish singer Julio Iglesias, and sits on a plot of land in Miami dubbed ‘Billionaire Bunker,’ by Forbes.

However, new aerial photos from the property depict an all-around ghastly illustration than the seemingly picturesque oasis featured in the photos.

The outdoor hot tubs have been drained, the swimming pool’s water has turned a rancid green — a stark contrast to the sparkling blue seen in previous photos.

The back patio also appears to be in the midst of retiling.

According to Miami-Dade property records, the last recorded update for the 1.26-acre lot’s pools, jacuzzi and patio was in 1994 when the home was built.
