One lucky Sydney man hasn’t slept since he won a staggering $5million Lotto draw and became a multi-millionaire overnight.

The newly-rich Sutherland Shire resident was one of two winning entries across Australia in the division one Oz Lotto draw 1432 on Tuesday night. 

The Sydneysider said he would struggle to stay awake today as the reality of the life-changing news sunk in.

The winning numbers in the Oz Lotto draw 1432  on Tuesday night were 43, 4, 39, 35, 44, 1 and 30 while the supplementary numbers were 11 and 38

The lucky winners – both from New South Wales – will each take home a whopping $5million.  

‘I feel good! I’m still trying to take it all in,’ the man told an official from The Lott this morning.

‘I checked my ticket last night and I couldn’t sleep after that. 

‘I am so excited and grateful! I think I am a bit stunned, I’m not quite sure what to say.’

The millionaire revealed he had been buying lottery tickets for around ten years so to finally have a win was a ‘dream come true’. 

The Sydneysider said he would spend the city’s extended lockdown thinking of ways to spend his millions.  

I’m really not sure what I’ll do at this stage. I’ll let the news sink in and then work out what I want to do,’ he said.

‘Maybe I will buy a house. I really don’t know!’

The Lott’s division one winning tally has now reached 257 so far this calendar year, with 71 won by residents in NSW.
