NFL superstar Tom Brady appears to be unfazed by rumored problems with his love life and is throwing the ball ‘better than he ever has before’, according to his former coach Bruce Arians.

Brady has hit the headlines this week amid reported issues with his wife Gisele Bundchen, as the pair ‘fight over his decision to come out of retirement to play another season in the NFL’.

Brady took an extended break from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers‘ preseason training camp last month, an unprecedented decision, but it appears his off-field problems are not causing any issues with his performances.

‘He’s throwing better now,’ former Bucs coach turned team consultant Arians said on the ‘Pardon My Take‘ podcast this week. ‘He’s got great mechanics. He’s one of those full body throwers.

‘He’s not using just his arm. Tom is an amazing human being as far as taking care of himself. He’s throwing the ball better than I’ve ever seen him throw it.’

Gisele, 42, has reportedly left their Tampa Bay, Florida home, according to Page Six, while Tom, 45, is there for team training with the Buccaneers.

The outlet’s sources revealed that the married couple have had a ‘series of arguments’ over his decision to come out of retirement and play his 23rd season in the NFL.

And things have reportedly become so tense between the two that she has flown from Florida to Costa Rica to cool off.

‘They had agreed he would retire to focus on the family, then he changed his mind,’ the source added. ‘They have a fiery relationship. Gisele is a bit hot-headed – she has that Brazilian heat,’ the insider said.

They share two children together: son Benjamin, 14, and Vivian, nine; he also has son Jack, 15, from his previous relationship with Bridget Moynahan.

Last month, Brady missed 11 days of training, and when asked why, he said: ‘It’s all personal. Everyone’s got different situations they’re dealing with. We all have really unique challenges to our life. I’m 45 years old, man. There’s a lot of s**t going on.’

In March, he announced his return to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after 40 days in retirement.

The seven-time Super Bowl Champion took to Twitter to explain his decision to return: ‘These past two months I’ve realized my place is still on the filed and not in the stands. That time will come. But it’s not now.

‘I love my teammates, and I love my supportive family. They make it all possible. I’m coming back for my 23rd season  in Tampa. Unfinished business LFG.’
