From the District of Shkodra to Klan News, the Minister of State for Relations with the Parliament Elisa Spiropali has given the news that the road in Harku e Berdica has been opened.

During her speech, Minister Spiropali called on the Municipality of Shkodra to make available the emergency fund this year through an unconditional grant and make the next year’s fund available to the residents for the consequences they have had.
