Petrit Vasili is expelled from the Assembly for 5 days

MP Petrit Vasili has been suspended for 5 days from the parliament. The decision was taken by the Secretariat for Procedures, Voting and Ethics. According to the decision, Vesili insulted the chairman of the parliamentary group of the Socialist Party, Taulant Balla, during the “incorrect reading and interpretation of the Rules of the Assembly and contrary to the procedures”. The decision comes into force from the following day.

“In the direction of Ms. Klotilda Bushka, today the Secretariat for Procedures, Voting and Ethics convened to consider the request of the Parliamentary Group of the Socialist Party, caused by the unparliamentary behavior of the deputy Mr. Petrit Vasili, where during the incorrect reading and interpretation of the Rules of the Assembly and contrary to the procedures, he addressed you with insulting words to the Chairman of the SP Group, Mr. Balla, at the beginning of the proceedings of the plenary session, date 24.11.2022.
