Prime Minister: MEPJ’s statement on the procedure did not violate ethics
Prime Minister Edi Rama confirms that DASH has started the procedures for the removal of the US ambassador to Albania, Yuri Kim. After the meeting with the leaders of the districts at the headquarters of the SP, the head of the government appreciated the cooperation with the American diplomat in our country.
“Edi Rama: The process for the replacement of the ambassador has started as stated by the Foreign Ministry. The connection between me and the ambassador is stronger than ever”.
Regarding the issue of incinerators, the Prime Minister said that they are in working condition, while he said that any official who may have violated the laws will face justice.
“There are 3 works: in Fier, in Elbasan and in Tirana, for which I would turn back 100 times, 100 times I would have said that they should have been done and which today are at the service of the communities. On the way, someone or several who set out to achieve that goal, pluck “pears” or “apples” to put them in the rafters behind my back, this is a matter they don’t have with me, but they have with justice” .
Focusing on the organization of the party for the local elections on May 14, the head of the government said that the SP has the patronageists ready, while he did not spare the ironies for the DP.
“The strategic planning phase of the victory has already begun. We have the patronageists ready, this is the most important thing. We have our practice consolidated, we do cross consultation, consultation with the party is not discussed because we have parties and not detachments that gather and distribute according to the calls”.
Rama said that SP candidates for the local elections will be selected through SP polls, consultations and the performance of those mayors who will run again on May 14.
