In the meeting with the heads of the departments of the Democratic Party, the chief democrat Berisha, in addition to the instructions he gave, motivated them with his belief in the victory of what he calls the revolution.

During his speech, the chief democrat Berisha stated that PD will come to power only with free vote as he added that they will develop a peaceful revolution using all methods of civil disobedience.

Sali Berisha: We are in a revolution and I will stop here again, I ask for your understanding. This is a bit of a lofty word and I am often told why I am using this term. I understand those who ask me, but why do I use it? Because we have a monist, monist regime that has established the de facto system of vote elimination. You all know the electoral process. But if I, the prime minister, mobilize the entire state machinery and you lead a political force and you compare with me, I with a logistics 100 times greater than yours, with a budget the same as the state budget, this makes the elections fictitious that the elections have a basic condition; player on equal terms.

I only gave you this example, but it is all the other practices that he follows against the free vote. So what are we left with? We have to capitulate, never, no. Because we will absolutely remove this from power and we will never come to power except with a free vote, but we will not part with this, no. We have made this revolution once in 1990-91. The terms are different, but the similarities are real. Even then we won, and now we will win. We will win. We will win by persevering.

We will win with mechanisms of civil disobedience. Then we had other powerful mechanisms, we don’t have them today, but today we will use all the opportunities we have. I’ll tell you one thing. Since 1990, until today, these are the protests in which the political force that organizes them has only one ruler, which means an infinite mass of idealists who come there. The government does not issue them, the local governors do not issue them. They derive themselves, their ideals, you derive your ideals. On the contrary, you who come take risks to get out there.

There is a very big difference with all other protests, these protests. After handing over the municipality in 2011, Edi Rama, out of the 753 protests he organized, could not organize a single protest from that day on. For the sake of the truth, even Lulzim Basha made the last protest, 1 week after he lost the local elections, where there were still municipalities without surrendering.

Why am I doing this analysis, this is inspiring. A real army of idealists, but we will follow, I say again, peaceful revolution, with clear elements of civil disobedience. Why peaceful because we are a democratic force, we are not a force of violence. We are not swayed from this position, no one can intimidate us. I tell you here, this is a matter of deep conviction. Edi Rama is interested in violence. In fact, not only him, but also others, but we are a political force that believes in the power of the peaceful movement, believes in the power of civil disobedience.

For all DP members and intellectuals, chief democrat Berisha has a call:

Sali Berisha: My call to you, to all members and intellectuals: To engage in this movement so that we can achieve the goal, to come to the rescue of the country at a critical moment. Every intellectual should never forget that the essence is a greater danger, so let’s do everything, approach every value and go safely towards a victory of this revolution which will be the victory of the Albanian society./broread
